1. Use of Service

• Couples may purchase a gallery package for a one-time fee
• Guests may upload photos to the gallery via the link or QR code provided

2. Upload Rules

Guests agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Copyrighted works they do not own
• Offensive or harmful material

3. Photo Ownership

• Guests retain ownership of their photos
• By uploading, guests grant the couple and us a limited license to host and display photos within the private gallery only

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for the content uploaded by guests
• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost files after the 12-month retention period)

5. Termination & Deletion

• Photos are automatically deleted after 6–12 months
• Couples may request earlier deletion

6. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is a one-time fee per wedding package
• According to EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases
• By purchasing our Service, you expressly agree that we begin providing the Service immediately (creation of your wedding gallery, QR code, and guest upload functionality)
• You acknowledge that by starting the Service immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal
• Refunds will only be granted if we are unable to provide the Service due to technical failure on our side
