• Photos uploaded by guests
• Basic metadata (upload time, file type, file size)
• Login/account information for couples who purchase the Service

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this information solely for the purpose of:

• Providing a private online gallery for wedding couples
• Enabling guests to upload and share photos

4. Storage & Retention

• Photos remain accessible for 6–12 months (depending on the package purchased)
• After this period, all files are deleted permanently

5. Legal Basis

• For couples: contract (purchase of Service)
• For guests: consent (checkbox before upload)

6. Data Sharing

• Photos are stored securely with our cloud provider (Cloudflare R2, with EU/Global storage locations)
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion of your photos
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority
